Classic baked mooncakes are a quintessential part of the Mid-Autumn Festival, cherished for their rich history and intricate craftsmanship. Dating back to the Tang Dynasty, these mooncakes feature a golden, crisp crust that encases a variety of sweet, smooth fillings. Our range includes five distinctive flavours, such as traditional lotus seed paste and red bean, with some variations enriched by salted egg yolks. Each mooncake is traditionally shaped using ornate wooden molds, which impart elegant patterns and a sense of heritage. Sharing these mooncakes is more than a culinary delight—it’s a celebration of family unity and the full moon, reflecting centuries of tradition and cultural significance.
